Does anyone know where I can buy a used bud trimmer?

We have an indoor crop that is 10 weeks along, i was expecting the plants to be taller by now. many are around 1 foot or smaller. we are growing cherry blossom does anyone have some thoughts on how far tall they should be at 10 weeks? Thanks
