Hemp Cannabinoid Farmers, Processors, & Retailers
Looking to organize a group that wants to meet up on the regular so we can share info, strategies, resources, and just support each other as we each decide how to overcome through this "final year" for hemp derived canna and look to pivot and/or keep non psychoactive cannabinoids which meet the new .4mg per package threshold. We can discuss supply chain issues, retailing and product marketing decisions, customer and employee communication strategies, etc.
I have attached my position paper on the new law. I got feedback from a processor that crude (cbd full spectrum extract which is usually at 3-5% total THC with 0% moisture dry weight) is now not a marketable commodity because of the new package limit of .4mg and basically eliminates the crude, distillate, isolate market unless the biomass and resulting crude is all handled in house until cannabinoids are processed into compliant extracts. So....lots …

Super sucks!! Let us know how we can support.
