Greenhouse business opportunity

Hello everyone,

We have a brand new greenhouse business that we are wanting to sell. We have 2 greenhouses on an acre lot in Ladd, IL. We built both greenhouses in 2019-2020. We are looking for an ambitious person/group of people that would like to take over our operation. We are only selling because my wife got a job transfer right as we were finishing up the second greenhouse.

First house is a 30 x 112 CropKing hoop house. 27 grow lights and 2 natural gas furnaces. Jet fan that distributes air and heat evenly throughout the greenhouse.

Second house is a 50 x 110 NexGen polycarbonate house equipped with blackout and shade cloth. 78 grow lights, ridge vent, 2 natural gas furnaces, concrete floor. All the bells and whistles available are in this house. Also has a 21 x 110 head house that is gutter connected to the main house. This is for office space, storage/packaging, and could be used as a good mother room. This house just became operational in April 2020.
