We are planning on growing hemp seedlings starting in 2020 season. We are trying to validate growing in our container system and have applied for an Illinois License about 40 days ago. We have not heard reply from State and our phone calls and emails sent to IL AG Dept have been unanswered. If Illinois does not grant license do they reply or tell you why it was denied? Is there phone number where people actually answer?
